Privacy Policy
Awake:Photo Bloom is built for people who care about pictures, not platforms. This page explains what the app may access on your iPhone, what stays on your phone, and how we handle information tied to this website.

Scope of this policy
This document applies to the Awake:Photo Bloom app distributed through the app store and to supporting pages served from this domain. It covers anyone who installs the app or visits this site.
Data we process
Using Awake:Photo Bloom does not require your legal name, email address, phone number, home address, government ID, or payment details for core features.
Album names, bloom sequences, captions, and layout preferences are stored locally on your device. Your photo library content is not uploaded to our servers for ad targeting or resale.
When the app fetches shared content — onboarding copy, album templates, or tip text — it may request public material from this site. Those responses contain only generic guidance; your images and metadata are never included.
Device permissions
Awake:Photo Bloom may request access to your photo library so you can import shots into albums and bloom layouts. Camera access is used only when you choose to capture a new image inside the app.
Notifications, if enabled, can remind you to finish a bloom sequence or revisit a draft album. Microphone, contacts, and precise location are not used unless a future release clearly requires them and this policy is updated to match.
Standard storage and network permissions allow the app to run and to download optional template updates. Crash reports you submit through the platform store are governed by that platform's privacy terms.
Third-party services
Hosting keeps this policy page and public API endpoints available. Providers may keep server logs for security and uptime under their own privacy policies.
If we add analytics or support tools later, we will list them here and limit sharing to what each service needs to function.
Children
Awake:Photo Bloom is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a child submitted data by mistake, contact us through the app store support channel — we will help with removal where possible.
Retention and security
Your albums and bloom projects remain under your control on your phone. Delete individual items in the app or uninstall to clear local app data.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted pages and server-side components. No system is perfectly secure — treat sensitive captions or private albums with the same care you would a locked camera roll.
Your choices
You may stop using Awake:Photo Bloom at any time. Revoke photo library access or disable notifications in iOS Settings if you prefer a narrower experience.
To request access, correction, or deletion of data we handle directly, use the support contact listed on the app store page.
Policy updates
We may revise this text as Awake:Photo Bloom evolves or as regulations change. The date above marks meaningful edits. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version where permitted by law.
Contact
